Welcome to Rashtrasant Janardhan Swami College of Nursing……

Nurses working today make up the backbone of our country’s healthcare industry and are the largest single profession within the field. However, with an increasing population of patients in need of more care than ever before, there is still a nursing shortfall that must be overcome. Nurses play an increasingly large role in providing care as well as in the administrative side of healthcare.

The general public has historically received high-quality care from nurses. However, earning acceptance among the medical community required years of lobbying, organization, and, most significantly, intellectual advancement. Despite their many responsibilities, nurses were not seen as essential members of the clinical care team 70 years ago. However, thanks to their efforts, nurses today command much more respect and autonomy and work more closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

The time nurses spend with patients also gives them special insights into the needs, desires, and worries of their patients, making them crucial advocates for their treatment.

In order to satisfy the nation's growing need for qualified, trained nurses, the Rashtrasant Janardhan Swami College of Nursing was established in 2019. The college's major goal is to provide students with a quality education so they will be equipped to care for the sick and the healthy in a variety of settings, including hospitals, homes, schools, industries, etc. Additionally, they will be qualified to hold jobs like those of administrators, educators, and researchers. The Rashtrasant Janardhan Swami Foundation's management is dedicated to raising the bar for nursing education. Scholarships are offered by the college to deserving students.

At Rashtrasant Janardhan Swami College of Nursing the students are imparted quality education and rich practical experience provided at the parent hospital, the Shri Janardhan Swami Hospital and at the affiliated multispecialty Shri. Sainath Hospital, Shri. Saibaba Hospital, and Dr. Quadri’s Mental Health center.

After completion of the course, we expect our students to work in Government & Private hospitals in India and abroad. The College offers excellent infrastructure and highly qualified and experienced teachers who will be able to guide the students at all times. The student friendly atmosphere which prevails in this college will make every student feel at home and complete their training without any hurdles. We encourage the students to participate in sports and various cultural activities. Overall the college believes in the holistic development of the student.

Our future plans are to start Post Graduation in nursing and become a Centre of Excellence by conducting various short term courses and researches.
